Practice As Is ("we," "us") is a wellbeing practice based in New York, operated by Masha Shakurova. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through practiceasis.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you get in touch through the contact form or by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (for example, your team or guest size and preferred date).
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. We use aggregated, cookieless website analytics to understand general traffic (for example, how many people visited a page). This does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to you with formats, availability, and a quote.
- To respond to your inquiries and arrange sessions or events.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or targeting.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted services that process information on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (website hosting, cookieless analytics, and email routing) and our contact-form provider, which delivers your message to our inbox. We share only what these services need to function.

Our site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless.
